I’m currently working for a growing FinTech SaaS business of over 20 years, who are looking for Software Team Lead to join their team on a fully remote basis and paying up to £115,000. Please note candidates are required to be based in the UK.

The company specialise in FinTech software and push the boundaries for utilising modern technologies with financial best practices which help their diverse client base become more efficient and user friendly. They have steadily grown for over 20 years and now operate globally with sites in the UK, Europe, US and Asia.

This role is a hands-on management role with very little or no coding where you will manage a team of between 6-10 developers and take on all managerial responsibilities from code reviews to performance management to motivating your team to deliver high quality solutions. It's still crucial to have excellent technical knowledge in relation to their tech stack - mainly Node and React.

The team you will be leading will be a mixture of on/off shore and are currently leading the biggest project for the business so you are literally at the forefront of the business. Their offices are based in London but the roles are fully remote within the UK.

Technical Requirements:
Excellent management experience in a hands on lead role.
Happy with a non-coding role but still working closely with the development team.
Confident leading a team of between 6-10 developers in both on/off shore set ups.
Strong development background with 5 years previous coding experience.
Core Tech Stack: Nodejs, Express, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, AWS
Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills to work with clients & different teams.
Work with Senior team in driving the technical direction of the team.
Central London offices – Fully Remote.
Candidates need to be based in UK and sponsorship is not offered.

Salary/Benefits:
£95,000-£115,000
