This is a fully remote role where you'll be working within an embedded in-house team (not agency-side) and contributing to full end-to-end delivery of modern, scalable solutions. You'll have autonomy over how things are built, implemented, and delivered, with the chance to directly influence architecture and development decisions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the full lifecycle of a project, from scoping to delivery, and have experience leading offshore developers or remote delivery teams.
