**Job Title:** Product Manager (Private Market)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end‑to‑end design, development, and launch of private‑market products, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that meet user needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Drive product vision using market insight, data analysis, and commercial awareness.
**Expectations:**
- 3‑5+ years of product management experience in financial markets, preferably private equity, private funds, or fund administration.
- Proven ability to deliver high‑quality products on time and within budget.
- Strong data‑driven decision‑making and feature‑prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication with engineering, UX, QA, and architecture teams.
- Commercial awareness of financial services, market structure, and regulatory challenges.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature specifications for private‑market offerings.
- Conduct market, competitor, and regulatory research to identify opportunities and risks.
- Translate data insights and user feedback into actionable product requirements.
- Coordinate agile development cycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and sales to align product goals.
- Monitor product performance metrics, report outcomes, and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Anticipate roadblocks, propose innovative solutions, and manage change throughout the product lifecycle.
**Required Skills:**
- Product management lifecycle (discovery, design, delivery, measurement).
- Knowledge of private equity, private funds, fund structuring, primary/secondary distribution platforms, or related post‑trade/fund administration processes.
- Data analysis and KPI tracking (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Problem‑solving, visioning, and creativity in product design.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP, Agile Scrum Master) are a plus but not mandatory.
