Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive (B2B SaaS), based in Edinburgh. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer service, offering online support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include addressing technical support inquiries and maintaining customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
