Your new role
Develop and document a standardised desktop image for Windows 11
Perform in-place upgrades to update existing Windows 10 devices
Create and manage driver packages for different desktop hardware
Unbox and set up new PCs for deployment
Verify the proper installation of software, drivers, and updates
Oversee and streamline the Windows 11 deployment across all devices
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues during the Windows 11 rollout
Collaborate with business users to facilitate a seamless desktop migration
What you'll need to succeed
Experience with Windows 10/11
Experience with working on Windows rollout projects
In-depth knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems with experience in the financial industry
Proficient in advanced scripting (VBScript, PowerShell, batch)
Solid understanding of desktop deployment and management tools (SCCM/MDT)
Exceptional communication skills
