Fruition IT are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to work for a well-established organisation who are a technology first business. This a great opportunity for someone who is experienced in IT Support and looking for a fresh new challenge.
As the IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical support to users as part of a team of 6.
What you will be doing:
You will provide technical support for off-the-shelf products.
Showcase the ability to investigate and resolve quires through to completion.
You will be installing new software, performing data imports and patching.
Performing monitoring and troubleshooting
Be able to liaise between IT and end users for all escalated issues
Trend Analysis
Performing general server maintenance.
What we are looking for:
Attitude and enthusiasm to learn is key
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Previous experience working within a hands-on service desk environment
2-3 years IT Support experience is essential
Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory (AD)
VMWare, & virtual Servers
Windows Server Administration such as DNS/DHCP
Desktop support including OS installation and administration
Windows/Linux Server administration
Full driving license and access to a vehicle
