Job Description
As part of the IT Services in Netcompany, you will be part of a global support team where you will provide support both on-site from our office in Leeds and online with over 7800 users globally.
You will quickly become acquainted with new processes and technical solutions, the learning curve will be steep, and it is crucial that you are driven by learning new things. In short, you get a workday where you make a difference.
As an Onsite IT Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Single Point of Contact (SPoC) in Netcompany and thus act as an ambassador for IT Services.
Providing support on O365, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, as well as local applications on PC and mobile devices.
Performing practical tasks such as preparation and installation of equipment for new and existing employees.
First contact for meeting rooms service with high-end AV solutions, printers and more
Participating in the purchase and distribution of hardware and software.
Full ownership of your work tasks and project work.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who thrives in an fast paced environment
Possess a strong customer service mindset and understand the importance of positively supporting the business and the team you work in.
You can work independently and proactively based on overall structed framework.
Furthermore, we envision that you have:
Experience working within an IT department, providing support to end users.
Excellent communication skills as you will be working with senior leaderships and global teams
Good understanding of the Windows operating system and familiarity with M365, including popular tools like Teams and office products.
Knowledge of computer accessories like docking stations.
Relevant education or certificate related to IT support and/or computer technology would be highl desirable.
It is an advantage if you have knowledge of one or more of the technologies:
Active Directory
SharePoint
Audio & Video technology

Must be reliable and flexible.
Hours of work will be between 08:00 - 18:00, with an 8-hour working day staggered across the 10-hour timeframe.
