We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing - the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. Role
As part of our ongoing growth, we are expanding our technical team and looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Riga office.
The chosen person will play an important role in influencing the rapidly growing Two Circles technology proposition and will be responsible for technical seniority and supporting technology consulting projects, identifying and advising on appropriate solutions for our clients.
You will have a track record of designing and delivering high-quality digital solutions over the last 3+ years, and have a keen interest in the application of technology in the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with your peers and engaging with Software Engineers, Product Managers and stakeholders alike
You will be hands on, building and delivering end-to-end solutions for clients whilst embodying best practice in coding standards
You will play a key role in the design of software architecture
Being an advocate for developer experience and you have a keen interest in continually improving it.
This is a hybrid role where you are expected to be in our Riga office for 2 days a week and occasionally travel to other offices in London and EMEA
Requirements
A minimum of 3+ years experience in software engineering.
You have a strong desire to continually learn and improve.
Proficient in C#, .NET and at least one JavaScript framework such as React, Angular or Vue.js
You know the fundamentals of software architecture and have a good understanding of architectural design patterns which can be applied to scalable, microservice systems
An appreciation of DevOps and platform engineering culture. You don't just want to write code, you'd like to learn how to build and ship it as well.
A flair for simplicity when problem solving.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences to explain your solutions and collaborate effectively with others.
