Required Skills and Experience
Experience in ServiceNow Implementations: Proven experience managing testing activities in at least one full lifecycle of a ServiceNow implementation or upgrade project.
Testing Expertise: Strong background in various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, integration, regression, UAT, performance) and knowledge of test management tools like Jira, ALM, or ServiceNow Test Management.
Leadership and Team Management: Experience leading test teams and managing internal and external resources across different phases of the testing lifecycle.
Defect Management Skills: Proficiency in managing defects, using defect tracking tools, and facilitating defect triage meetings.
Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, ServiceNow Automated Test Framework) and the ability to manage or oversee automation testing initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and report testing progress and risks to business leaders, developers, and project managers.
Documentation: Strong documentation skills for producing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and reports.
Risk Management: Ability to identify risks related to testing and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Expertise in Azure DevOps: Experience in utilising Azure DevOps for test case management, test execution, and reporting as well as utilising automated testing processes within Azure DevOps pipelines.

What you’ll be doing as our ServiceNow Developer… Lead multiple streams of technical design and delivery activity. Have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, from the technology, development, integration and modules, to design, develop, implement and test modules in line with agreed timelines, budget, costs, quality and development standards.
