The Role: Creative Tech & Operations Manager (12-Month Fixed Term)
Join our innovative Brand and Marketing team at British Airways as a Creative Tech & Operations Manager, where you’ll play a crucial role in optimising our Creative Studio’s technology infrastructure. This 12-month fixed-term role offers the opportunity to drive seamless workflows, robust asset management, and scalable production solutions to support BA’s evolving creative landscape.
What You’ll Do
Act as the business owner and administrator overseeing platforms and solutions like Adobe Workfront, Assets, Creative Cloud, and Frame.io ensuring seamless operations.
Lead performance analysis of existing tools and propose actions to enhance efficiency and maximise value across the business.
Drive the adoption of best practices and common processes across the Creative Studio’s entire tech stack.
Work closely with the Digital Asset Manager to define and embed BA’s evolving digital asset lifecycle and supply chain.
Champion next-generation tech solutions, including AI-driven content personalisation and scalable production workflows.
Oversee annual licensing requirements and associated costs in collaboration with the Creative Studio Manager.
Provide technical training and onboarding support to enhance the team’s capability with new software and tools.

Your Experience
Proven experience in portfolio and project management, using tools such as Adobe Workfront, Excel, and Word.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
Previous experience working within an in-house creative team is preferable.
