We're seeking a MicroStrategy Developer to join a dedicated team involved in exciting projects, such as the migration to a cloud-based environment. This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
Our Leeds office is at the heart of our business. The 8-storey building has an onsite staff gym and cafeteria, two heated rooftop terraces, a dedicated gaming room and a staircase amphitheatre. The space brings all our teams under one roof in the biggest private letting office in Yorkshire.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, where you'll have the opportunity to:
Delve deeply into understanding business data and critical metrics to provide meaningful insights.
Work closely with senior developers and collaborators to translate detailed business requirements into impactful reporting solutions.
Develop and design high-quality reports and dashboards that meet critical business needs.
Assist with cube development and other critical technical tasks.
Be a key player in the exciting transition from on-premise systems to a cloud-managed environment, helping us evolve our tech stack.
What You’ll Bring
We are searching for a hard-working developer who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. You’ll bring:
Strong visualization skills to create powerful, user-friendly reports.
A delivery-focused mindset and the ability to meet deadlines with high-quality results.
MicroStrategy Certification and at least 2 years of hands-on experience across all MicroStrategy components.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with Managed Cloud migrations, have experience in the iGaming industry, or are familiar with Agile Scrum methodology!
