Job Description

We are looking for a Talent & Leadership Coordinator to join our People Team. This role will support the delivery of our Talent & Leadership agenda by providing essential operational, administrative, and logistical support across key initiatives.
Main Duties
This role will involve working across the core pillars of our Talent & Leadership strategy – Leadership Development, Early Careers, Talent Management and Employee Engagement. Key responsibilities include:
Operational Support: providing administration assistance such as managing inboxes, meeting schedules, room bookings, material preparation and payment requisitions to support the efficient delivery of projects.
Event & Logistics Coordination: Assisting with careers fairs, assessment centres, talent lunches, speaker series, and other events, to strengthen our T&L brand.
Learning & Development Administration: Administering the Learning Management System (LMS), managing learning licenses, and ensuring accurate attendance and reporting for learning programs.
Early Careers Support: Coordinating onboarding activities, work experience programmes, visa submissions, invitation letters, and certificates to deliver a positive experience for our future talent.
Reporting & Communications: Supporting effective cost cap reporting, maintaining SharePoint updates, preparing stakeholder communications, and managing surveys to ensure effective collaboration and accurate data.
Engagement & Collaboration: Contributing to employee engagement initiatives, supporting third-party partnerships, and assisting with the logistics of Talent & Leadership projects.

Qualifications
Experience in administration with an interest in a career in the HR space.
