About The Role
Oversee Contract Management as an In-Life Commercial Contracts Manager!
Intercity Technology is seeking a highly experienced and commercially savvy In-Life Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee the management of our customer and supplier contracts. This role is critical to ensuring that our contractual relationships are both profitable and compliant.
Key Responsibilities As An In-Life Commercial Contracts Manager
Enhance retention across all services and products.
Review the profitability of the customer base: Through close commercial management of large, complex accounts.
Match costs incurred with suppliers to billing sent to customers: In collaboration with finance.
Use data and systems to track contract end dates, renewal dates, and end of life.
Work with sales, pricing, and proposition colleagues: To deliver automated and semi-automated resign quotes and packaging offers.
Review top managed IT and larger accounts quarterly: Ensure billing matches commercial agreements.
Collaborate with finance: Ensure billing for new services and visibility of costs taken.
Key Skills and Experience for an In-Life Commercial Contracts Manager:
Education And Qualifications
Demonstratable in-depth experience in commercial contract management, with a focus on in-life contract management in technology or telecommunications sectors.
Experience And Knowledge
Proven experience in managing complex contracts with multiple stakeholders.
Comprehensive understanding of contract law, commercial terms, risk management, and legal compliance.
Experience working with financial models.
Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and supplier relationship management.
Highly skilled in negotiating contract terms.
Ability to identify and resolve complex contract issues quickly and effectively.
Meticulous in contract analysis and performance monitoring.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Ability to take initiative and lead projects.

Developing strong relationships with suppliers to ensure design solutions are aligned to high quality and cost expectations.
