Description du poste
En tant que Data Architect de pointe, vous serez le moteur de la transformation numérique de nos clients, concevant et implémentant des architectures de données innovantes et évolutives. Votre rôle sera crucial dans l'élaboration de solutions de gestion de données avant-gardistes, en exploitant les technologies les plus récentes et les méthodologies émergentes.
Responsabilités principales
Concevoir et développer une architecture de données moderne, flexible et cloud-native
Implémenter des solutions de data fabric pour une intégration et une gestion des données agiles
Diriger la transition vers des plateformes de données basées sur le cloud, en utilisant des technologies comme Apache Iceberg
Optimiser les processus de collecte, de stockage et d'utilisation des données en temps réel
Assurer la conformité au RGPD et la sécurité des données
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de data engineers, data scientists et métiers
Promouvoir et mettre en œuvre une approche de data mesh pour une gestion décentralisée des données
Compétences techniques
Plusieurs de ces compétences doivent être démontrées:
Expertise en conception d'architectures de données cloud-native et Data Lakehouse
Maîtrise des technologies Big Data, NoSQL, et des bases de données graphes
Expérience approfondie avec Apache Iceberg, notamment dans la gestion de données à grande échelle et l'optimisation des requêtes
Compétences avancées intégration de données et les processus ETL/ELT (Talend Data Fabric)
Expertise en virtualisation des données, incluant l'optimisation des requêtes et la gouvernance des données (comme Denodo)
Maîtrise de solutions pour l'accélération des données et la création d'architectures de Data Lakehouse (comme Dremio)
Connaissance approfondie des techniques de Data Vault 2.0, de la modélisation de données flexibles, des concepts de Data Mesh, Data Fabric, et Data Federation
Expérience avec une ou plusieurs des plateformes cloud majeures (AWS, Azure, GCP) et leur intégration avec les outils mentionnés
Maîtrise des langages SQL, Python, Java et des outils de visualisation de données (Tableau, Power BI)
Compétences personnelles
Vision stratégique et capacité à anticiper les tendances futures en data architecture
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et vulgarisation de concepts techniques complexes
Capacité à travailler en mode agile et à s'adapter rapidement aux nouvelles technologies
Esprit d'innovation et passion pour l'exploration de nouvelles solutions data
Compétences avancées en gestion de projets et résolution de problèmes complexes
Formation et expérience
Master en informatique, data science ou domaine connexe
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Data Architect ou rôle similaire
Certifications pertinentes (ex: AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer, Talend, Denodo, Dremio) fortement appréciées
