Our client are the most impressive software company.....that you may never have heard of....even NASA use some of their software, the list goes on!
We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise in semiconductor workflows and analog design to join our client's Technical Support team. In this role, you will provide technical support for our client's Helix suite, focusing on VersIC for analog design and related products.
What does your day look like?Represent our client as the first point of contact Help customers by demonstrating your expertise in VersIC, analog design workflows, IP lifecycle management, and data management solutions for semiconductors. Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issuesEscalate complex cases and collaborate with Engineering for effective resolutions. Document solutions and best practices to expand the knowledge base.
Tech know-how:5+ years in tech supportHands-on experience with semiconductor design workflows and IP lifecycle management. Expertise in analog/mixed-signal design tools, especially Cadence Virtuoso. Linux, with a working knowledge of basic networking and shell scripting.
