Your Role:
As a Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics Specialist, you will design and implement data-driven solutions that enable organizations to make informed, strategic decisions. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams, using advanced BI tools and techniques to create insightful dashboards, reports, and analytics workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
Languages: Written & Spoken Fluency in English AND French or Dutch
Seniority: 3-7 years of work experience
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, and strong SQL skills for querying databases.
Data Integration Skills: Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or Informatica.
Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud BI platforms like Azure Synapse Analytics, AWS QuickSight, or Google BigQuery.
Programming Skills: Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills to work with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of big data tools like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
