Key Responsibilities
As a Customer & Commercial Leadership Graduate, you will be exposed to Coca-Cola’s customer-focused strategies. You will help manage customer relationships, optimize sales operations, and ensure Coca-Cola’s products are available and accessible to consumers.
Assist in managing key customer accounts and relationships.
Help drive our digital commerce agenda.
Support the execution of promotional and sales strategies.
Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and drive results.
Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
Help implement sales training and development programs for field teams.
Support customer negotiations and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s or master’s degree completed by September 2025.
Availability to start full-time (36.25 hours/week) on October 1, 2025.
Legal eligibility to work in the country you are applying for
