My Client is an International Consultancy, who requires a Senior DevOps Engineer who holds Active SC (Security) Clearance with AWS, Kubernetes and CI/CD skills to work closely with a key end client.
Key Requirements:
Active Security Clearance (SC)
Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer
Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes and CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment)
Understanding of TDD (Test-Driven Development)
Strong communication skills
Agile environment experience

Nice to have:
Working knowledge of Kafka / Docker / Jenkins / Postgres / Liquibase / Java

The role Working with the IT Operations Manager you will be up to date on cloud technologies to be able to plan and continually improve L&C’s cloud migration, ensuring systems are fit for purpose and support the ongoing and future needs of the business. Working with the rest of the IT Operations Team and the wider department as required you will take a lead role in the planning, documenting and implementation of chosen solutions. Ensuring best practices are followed to keep L&C secure and operational during our ongoing IT transformation and into the future. You’ll build effective cloud strategies and continually looking to improve L&C’s technology and infrastructure stack, monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues when necessary, acting as a first point of contact for complex technical issues when they arise. FCA certification regime & conduct rules L&C is authorised and regulated by the FCA and is classified as an Enhanced Firm under the Senior Manager’s and Certification Regime (SM&CR). This role is subject to the 6 FCA Conduct rules and you will be expected to adhere to them at all times. (See below). Any confirmed breaches of the Conduct Rules will be reported to the FCA annually.
