Role Overview
The Director of Hybrid Cloud will be responsible for overseeing cloud transformation programs, managing business outcomes, and driving total contract value (TCV) growth. The role requires a strategic leader with expertise in cloud technologies, business development, and stakeholder management to develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute regional cloud strategies, ensuring alignment across pre-sales, solutioning, delivery, and governance functions.
Lead business growth initiatives, including pipeline development, revenue expansion, and strategic account management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, partners, and business units, to enhance market positioning.
Develop joint go-to-market strategies with regional partners and alliances to drive cloud adoption and transformation.
Provide thought leadership by staying informed on emerging cloud trends and contributing to industry discussions through articles, blogs, and public engagements.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and regional business leaders.
Oversee governance structures and ensure clear delegation of roles, responsibilities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across teams.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or managing large-scale cloud transformation programs.
A strong track record in revenue growth, total contract value (TCV) expansion, and complex deal negotiations.
Extensive knowledge of hybrid cloud, multi-cloud environments, and cloud-native technologies.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organisation at executive meetings and industry events.
