Business Analyst/Process Analyst - High-level Process Mapping and Data ReportingI am proud to be working exclusively with a prestigious business on their search for a Business Process Analyst to join them in an extremely critical role to the firm.
My client are well-known with an outstanding reputation within their sector. Despite their size and incredible growth with over a £billion+ turnover - What I love about the business is that they are still very much family run and the family feel here is evident in the company culture, where people are straight-talking and non-corporate!
Due to sheer growth and an increase in nationwide projects for some huge customers, they have naturally grown and introduced new tech and software into the business. This has led to them creating a number of detailed, complex business maps utilising MS Visio to streamline and also enhance their business ops. They're ready to roll out and launch these process maps across the business from start-to finish.. And this is where you come in..
I'm looking for an data-driven, Business Analyst/Process Analyst to join who can bring an incredibly analytical mindset to this role. You'll be an expert in MS Visio for creating process maps and diagrams - but most importantly you'll know exactly how to get them launched across the business in the right way. I'd also like you to have some Sharepoint knowledge too, for doc management.
You'll be confident in presenting your findings back to the business through leading regular workshops with key stakeholders across the firm, reporting through top-notch dashboards and visualizations.
Power BI is a new tool being utilised across here so it could also be great if you had some knowledge. I'd also ideally like you to ideally be have some Lean 6 Sigma certified (Green Belt) and the role will require some work on the Auditing side too (So Internal QMS Auditor will be nice.)
I know the hiring manager here well and he's the type of person you want to work for - He's a super down-to-earth & personable chap who absolutely knows his stuff in the business improvement space and has a great vision for the person successful in this role!
You'll be based from their East Midlands office - they're super flexible if you fancy working a 4-day week too pro rota which is fab. It's offering up to £60k plus a cracking benefits package.
