A client of mine is currently hiring for a ServiceNow Architect.
The client is in the Telco sector, and strong prior Telco sector experience is a necessity.
This is a long term project, on a 6 month rolling contract.
The work will be hybrid, with 50% of days onsite between 3 sites - Reading / Newbury / Central London.
The role is OUTSIDE IR35, paying £400/day.
Experience:
ServiceNow ITSM module
ServiceNow CMDB module
Ops Management
Understanding of ITIL concepts
Understanding of agile based approach to software development
System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
Implementation of ServiceNow Modules, administration, improvement and support of latest ServiceNow platform.
Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of ServiceNow.
Perform minor and major enhancements requests to a clients ServiceNow instance(s), including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation data, existing workflows.
Extensive experience of working with ServiceNow glide objects such as GlideRecords, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax etc.

About the role and team: Our iOS and Android teams work simultaneously to bring similar but distinct experiences to our clients. Aircraft Systems and EHM Based in Luton Purpose of the position: The Aircraft Systems and EHM (Engine Health Monitoring) Engineer is responsible for ensuring the continued airworthiness and optimal performance of the Airbus A320 family fleet. Analyze engine trends to detect early signs of wear, deterioration, or abnormalities to prevent in-service failures. Provide technical support for engine-related issues, including troubleshooting and managing unscheduled maintenance events. Collaborate with engine OEMs and AMOs to address engine performance issues and implement solutions. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation Ensure compliance with UK CAA Part M, Part CAMO regulations for aircraft systems and engine health management. Maintain accurate records and technical documentation for system and engine monitoring activities. Provide input for the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) to ensure continued airworthiness. Operational Support Provide real-time technical support to MAINTROL during operational disruptions, including Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events. Work closely with MAINROL and contracted AMO line and base maintenance teams to resolve system and engine-related issues effectively and efficiently. Assist in aircraft delivery, redelivery, and lease return processes by ensuring compliance with technical and contractual requirements. Continuous Improvement Analyze reliability data to identify areas for improvement and recommend system or engine performance enhancements. Key Qualifications And Experience University degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an airline CAMO or engineering role, with a focus on aircraft systems and/or engine health monitoring. Strong knowledge of Airbus A320 family aircraft systems and engines (Pratt & Whitney PW1100G). Familiarity with EHM tools and platforms (e.g.,AVIATAR, Airbus Skywise, OEM-specific software). Proficiency in interpreting aircraft manuals, schematics, and technical data (AMM, IPC, FIM, etc.). Skills And Competencies Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety and compliance standards.
