Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12 months, with potential for extensions
Location: France (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities:
Contribute to the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Core HR functionalities.
Provide expert advice and guidance on Oracle HR/HCM best practices.
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live.
Support users with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience with Oracle HR/HCM.
Proven experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
Strong functional knowledge of Core HR.
Proficient in English and French (written and spoken).
Nice to have: Experience with Oracle Talent Management, Compensation and Redwood.

We’re looking for a Field Engineer to join our team and play a key role in a 5G Radio Optimisation Project! If you’re passionate about technology, have a sharp eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
Commission, test, and troubleshoot 5G radio network infrastructure on-site.
Conduct site surveys and offer technical support to enhance network performance.
Work closely with network design and planning teams to ensure smooth integration.
Dive into network data to identify performance issues and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Prepare detailed reports on system performance and resolve any issues that arise.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in field engineering, preferably within telecoms, with a focus on radio network optimisation.
Hands-on experience with 5G technologies, including network testing, troubleshooting, and design.
A problem-solver who can work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
Willingness to travel to site locations and be a part of a high-performing project team.

Job Title: IAM Engineer - LDAP
Location: Lille or Paris, France
Duration: 6 months extendable (likely 2-3 years+)
About the Role
As an IAM Engineer - LDAP, you will join the Authentication & Access team, responsible for managing digital identities and authentication for 120,000+ users globally. Your focus will be on maintaining and securing LDAP repositories, supporting IT teams, and ensuring compliance with security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support global IT teams in connecting to LDAP repositories securely.
Maintain and optimize LDAP applications on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Deploy and test new functionalities while staying updated on security standards.
Ensure system monitoring, log analysis, and security audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Platform teams.
Participate in on-call support rotations.
Key Requirements
Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), particularly enterprise directories.
Hands-on expertise with LDAP solutions (e.g., Ping Directory).
Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and automation tools (Puppet, Ansible) is a plus.
Strong scripting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in English.
