Next-Ventures are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead and execute the roll-out of mobile network construction sites in Belgium. This end-to-end role is responsible for the delivery of high-quality mobile sites, coordinating closely with all stakeholders from project initiation to final acceptance.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in Technical Review meetings, collaborating with the permit coordinator, architect, and property owner to establish comprehensive project plans.
Accurately complete the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with contractor pricing details and submit to the finance department.
Guide contractors and on-site collaborators, ensuring adherence to antenna specifications and a high quality of installations.
Oversee vendor installation of radio equipment, initiating coordination as soon as civil works are complete.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with Huawei hardware
Highly organized with a structured approach to work, capable of seeing the big picture while managing intricate details.
Proficient in site design from start to finish, covering all project aspects.
Experience in Network Roll-out (ideally in Belgium, with knowledge of local health norms, and building and permit regulations)
Proficiency in English is required, French and Dutch is an added bonus!
This role is essential in the successful deployment of our mobile network and involves close collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

La solution eProc couvre le processus complet de « Source to Receipt » accessible par les fournisseurs :
Module Achats et Catalogues pour la gestion des demandes d’achats, commandes et
réceptions de services (standards et catalogues)
Module Sourcing pour la gestion des appels d’offres
Module Contrats pour la gestion des documents contractuels fournisseurs
Module Fournisseurs pour l’enregistrement et la gestion de la base fournisseurs
La plateforme achat est qualifiée pour gérer des informations non sensibles. Elle a été déployée
Progressivement depuis début 2018 dans l’Europe, représentant une population d’environ 9000 utilisateurs.
Des activités de gestion du changement ont été déployées depuis 2 ans pour accompagner les
changements importants en terme de culture, de fonctionnement et de procédure induits par le choix d’une solution en SaaS innovante :
La transition avec SAP, l’outil existant depuis de nombreuses années chez le Client, qui est aussi leur ERP.
Une montée de version majeure en 2022.
Courant 2025, une montée de version est prévue et inclura de nouvelles fonctionnalités
telles que le Risk Center, Category Management et Savings.

Position: SAP GTS Consultant
Location: Based in or near Belgium (flexible with travel)
Contract Duration: 6+ months
Project Type: Greenfield S/4 HANA Upgrade Project
Global Reach: Involvement in projects across multiple regions and markets
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Upgrade: Lead and support the SAP GTS modules (Compliance, Customs, Trade Preference) for a Greenfield S/4 HANA upgrade project.
Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver end-to-end solutions across global trade management processes.
Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP GTS to meet business requirements.
Global Trade Compliance: Ensure the implementation of compliant processes in global trade, including customs management, trade preference, and compliance reporting.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to drive project success, including working with internal teams and client-facing interactions.
Skills & Experience:
Expertise in SAP GTS: Extensive hands-on experience with all SAP GTS modules (Compliance, Customs, Trade Preference).
SAP S/4HANA: Previous experience with S/4HANA, especially in a Greenfield implementation or upgrade project.
Consulting Experience: Demonstrated ability to work within a large consultancy setting, delivering high-quality solutions on a global scale.
Multinational Projects: Experience working with global clients across various industries and regions.
Language: English proficiency is required; additional language skills are a plus.
