Peaple Talent has recently partnered with an organically growing consultancy firm based across the UK, hiring an IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic team in Manchester. This full-time, onsite role involves providing 2nd line IT support while also assisting with 1st line support and IT administration TEAM

What You’ll Do:
IT Support and Troubleshooting:
Manage incidents, service requests, and problems using Cherwell Service Desk.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from the 1st line team.
Deliver basic application support and training to users.

Onsite and Regional Support:
Provide onsite support to regional offices and enhance IT frameworks.
Define stakeholder needs and implement support solutions.
Manage site-specific IT projects, including office moves.
Handle budget requirements for regional IT initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
Proven expertise in 2nd line IT support.
Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and PC imaging software.
Familiarity with Apple iPhone/iPad products.

Desirable Qualifications:
ITIL certification is a plus.
Experience mentoring junior team members.
Knowledge of automation tools for efficiency improvements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
