Our Position

You'll work closely with functional business areas to help them identify what "good looks like" and support in executing the data strategy.
With your expertise in data analysis and storytelling, you'll source data from our data platform and other sources, make the case for additional tracking and data collection, and provide actionable insights that drive business success.
You'll have the opportunity to work with Data Factory (IT) and the business to build BI solution designs based on business requirements. You’ll translate and manage these requirements in to data models that facilitate effective and performant reporting, and you'll use these data models to enable compelling BI reports and visualizations that bring data to life.
We're committed to delivering high-quality insight solutions, and you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success. You'll use your expertise to rigorously test solutions and provide data analysis either for a new use case or in case of data related issues. You'll also assess the quality of data systems and databases, investigate data-related problems and interpret data sets. You'll also pay particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
As part of this role, you'll create appropriate documentation (blueprints, KPI’s, data catalogue...) that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data governance process.

Your Profile

You are a highly motivated and skilled data professional with a proven track record of delivering results with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
You'll have a deep understanding of data models and data platforms, and you are proficient in developing effective and performant data solutions that support our BI needs.
You have experience translating business requirements into actionable insights and developing repeatable and ad-hoc reporting that meets the needs of the organization.
You'll also have a strong technical skill set, including proficiency in Microsoft Azure, knowledge of basic SQL syntax and commands and experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikView. A plus would be knowledge of connecting data sources (e.g. SAP) to a data platform.
In addition to your technical skills, you'll possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. You'll be able to work independently and in team, and you have experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
