Travel Partnerships and Media helps partners, including hotels, airlines, destination marketing organizations (DMOs) and more, deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be dedicated to our Performance Ad Product, TravelAds. You will provide technical support, advice and assistance to our global hotel partners, resolving and triaging a variety of issues such as billing, user interface, reporting and display issues.
In This Role, You Will
Work a queue-based system to close cases whilst meeting SLA goals and internal case handling metrics
Provide technical support resolving 'intermediate' technical issues with our lodging partners via phone and email
Develop an in-depth understanding of our backend Performance Ad Product integration systems and understand workflow as well as the related business impacts
Work closely with internal stakeholders (i.e. Sales, Product) for problem resolutions and critical issues
Use web-based tools such as Swagger and DBeaver to analyse data and pinpoint user issues
Escalate issues of a technical nature to our engineers/Senior Technical Operations Specialists
Support our sales team in daily operations and build cross-team synergies
Who You Are
1+ years operations experience or similar support role
2+ years’ experience working in a global, multicultural organisation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can effectively communicate technical issues in a non-technical manner.
Basic project coordination and process design understanding
Fluent in Spanish and English
A real passion for customer service and above average composure and tact
A foundational understanding of web technology.
Foundational knowledge of Splunk/Grafana/DBeaver or similar monitoring tools desired
Able to simplify the complex
Dedicated and able to work without supervision
Committed to constant improvement and providing excellent customer support
Strong cross group collaborator
Learn quickly, adaptable and able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities at a time
