**Senior Technical Product Manager, Investment Platform – PE-Backed Challenger Bank – 2-Year FTC – Remote**
Our client—a PE-backed Challenger Bank undergoing a rapid digital transformation—is seeking a hands-on Technical Product Manager who can both understand the broader product vision and lead a technical team to deliver impactful change. This includes overseeing front-end features (built with modern technologies such as React and Node) and mission-critical back-end components in a new B2C and B2B investment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Shape a cutting-edge investment platform with a focus on institutional clients.
- Lead end-to-end product development, prioritising high-performance back-end execution while ensuring user-friendly front-end capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, aligning business requirements with modern technology stacks and ensuring timely, compliant, industry-standard execution.
- Drive critical platform enhancements, balancing front-end elements such as UI/UX, essential back-end execution workflows.
**Experience & Skills**
- Proven track record in product management within banking or fintech, particularly on complex investment platforms.
- Technical acumen in modern web technologies to effectively guide development teams and integrate with core banking systems (Temenos T24 experience is a plus).
- Hands-on experience delivering digital propositions in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Understanding of investment platform workflows, from client engagement and trade execution to regulatory and compliance processes (nice to have!)

**Contract Details**

- **Compensation**: Annual fixed amount of up to £120,000 (depending on experience), outside IR35; invoicing via a Limited Company is available.
