En tant que Senior Product Manager - Operational Compliance & Safety au sein du département ICT de l'aéroport, vous gérez tous les produits ICT dans le domaine de l'Operational Compliance and Safety.

Vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble du cycle de vie des produits (Think, Design, Build, Run), depuis le changement stratégique jusqu'à l'exploitation opérationnelle, et vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec vos clients internes (Pompiers, Sécurité, Sûreté, Contingence...), votre équipe, vos partenaires TIC, vos fournisseurs et les parties prenantes afin d'améliorer en permanence la fonctionnalité de vos produits et applications dans le but d'optimiser l'opérationnalité de l'aéroport, la prestation de services et le résultat commercial du BAC.

Le département TIC de l'aéroport englobe tous les services TIC qui sont spécifiquement nécessaires au fonctionnement de l'aéroport. Plus précisément, la conformité et la sécurité opérationnelles impliquent le soutien TIC de tous les services qui assurent la conformité avec la législation et maintiennent l'aéroport ouvert, tels que le service d'incendie, l'inspection, la sécurité, la conformité, etc.

Les produits que vous prenez en charge servent à enregistrer les incidents, les constatations, les résultats d'audit, etc., mais aussi à envoyer et à alerter les bonnes équipes en cas de calamités.

Ce Que Vous Allez Réaliser

Amélioration continue de l'exécution : gestion des services TIC du produit avec les applications associées

Gérer le fonctionnement selon les accords de niveau de service et le cycle de vie des différentes applications sous-jacentes
Gérer le budget complet pour l'exécution du produit. (Fait partie du budget général du service)
Établir et maintenir des contacts avec les clients, y compris le respect d'accords clairs
Suivre les changements du marché externe ainsi que les évolutions internes pour s'en inspirer afin d'identifier les améliorations de l'exécution


Mise en œuvre du changement/stratégie

En partant des besoins du client, de votre connaissance du produit, de votre connaissance du marché et de l'architecture du BAC, vous contribuez, en tant que partie prenante clé, à l'élaboration de la feuille de route du gestionnaire de services. Vous réalisez des analyses de rentabilité pour votre produit et les solutions sous-jacentes
Vous mettez en œuvre la feuille de route en mettant en place, en déléguant et en suivant les projets pour votre produit. Vous consacrez au maximum 50 % de votre temps à la gestion du projet


Gestion des personnes et direction des produits

Motiver, guider, diriger des équipes de profils différents, à différents niveaux et dans plusieurs départements de l'organisation et/ou à l'extérieur
Promouvoir activement le développement et le transfert des connaissances de son équipe dans le domaine des produits et des activités connexes
Guidez des groupes d'utilisateurs pour son produit avec des représentants de différentes unités commerciales ou de différentes entreprises

Vous êtes titulaire d'un master ou d'un diplôme équivalent par l'expérience
Vous disposez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente avec des résultats probants
Une expérience dans le secteur industriel avec un fort accent sur le service à la clientèle est un atout
Vous avez de solides connaissances en matière de gestion de projets, de programmes et de produits
Vous êtes orienté vers le client et pouvez travailler en équipe et de manière autonome
