You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and quality of work. If you have a deep understanding of Microsoft cloud security tools and a passion for simplifying the complicated, this is the perfect next step for you!
Responsibilities:
Execute technical deliverables for customer projects and provide competent technical guidance with a strong focus on Microsoft Purview and associated Microsoft compliance tools
Lead the implementation of related solutions for customers
Assist in scoping and design workshops to understand customer challenges and propose solutions
Write pre and post-delivery documents including statements of works
Work closely with our project management team, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met
Diagnose and fix technical challenges for our customers
Qualifications:
Deep working knowledge of Microsoft cloud security tools
Excellent technical writing skills
Strong decision-making and relationship-building skills
Attention to detail
Microsoft certifications such as Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (SC400), Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), and Administrator Expert (MS-102) are highly desirable
