T2M Resourcing are currently working alongside an innovative automotive manufacturing business who focus on powertrain development to help them to recruit a Development Engineer.

As a Development Engineer, you would be responsible for developing and delivering powertrain systems for a variety of applications, predominantly focussing on projects within the motorsports and automotive sectors.

Key Responsibilities as a Development Engineer
Oversee the planning, design, development and testing of systems in line with client requirements.
Work closely with design, production and manufacturing engineers overseeing all stages of projects.
To develop and implement test procedures and then interpret and analyse the results and data of these tests, to report and present data to clients and managers.
Management and coordination of a concerns database, ensuring all issues are logged.
To demonstrate through testing that the system/features meet all specified requirements.

Requirements to be a successful Development Engineer
Experience in or an interest of powertrain Engineering.
Knowledge of project delivery within an engineering systems environment essential.
Experience of working with Electric motors or inverters beneficial.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
Strong technical report writing skills, with experience in delivering presentations.
Degree qualified in a relevant engineering subject.

Based from the company’s headquarters in Milton Keynes this opportunity will provide the successful applicant the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects within the automotive industry.

Work towards attainment of Accredited Clinical Coder status through ongoing training and appraisal, maintaining a log of personal development. Time management of given workload to ensure that clinical coding departmental targets are met.
