L’équipe
Au sein de notre direction Digital & Client development et plus particulièrement de l'équipe Insights Clients, vous jouerez un rôle clé en transformant les données clients en analyses et dashboarding stratégiques.
Job responsibilities
Vos Missions
Vous collaborez étroitement avec des spécialistes business de plusieurs départements (Merchandising, Retail, etc.) pour répondre à leurs besoins d'analyse de la data client (recueil, audit de la data, analyses) ;
Vous définissez et suivez des KPIs précis pour mesurer la performance des actions d’engagement et identifier les axes d'amélioration ;
Vous collaborez étroitement avec l’équipe data client pour définir, développer et industrialiser le capital BI & analytique client, qui a pour but d’harmoniser l’utilisation de la donnée client par les équipes business ;
Vous animez le réseau de data analystes en zones : vous facilitez l’utilisation des données via la formation, le support et l’encouragement à la collaboration ;
Vous développez les data visualisations qui permettront de monitorer la performance.
Profile
Votre Profil
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 en Ecole d'Ingénieur, Ecole de commerce ou Université équivalente ;
Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum en analyse de données et en SQL, idéalement de données clients, acquise dans un contexte Luxe/Retail ;
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à collaborer avec des équipes business ;
Vous maîtrisez la data visualisation ;
Vous disposez d'excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, avec la capacité d'adapter votre discours à un public non-technique ;
Vous faites preuve de curiosité ;
Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
