As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of various engineering and operational projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and implementing projects with a strong focus on process improvement and quality enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of investment and re-engineering projects, from initiation to completion.
Analyze and optimize production and qualification processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Prepare detailed cost estimations and monitor project budgets.
Collaborate with internal departments to develop and coordinate improvement initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation.
Provide technical support in the development and introduction of new products, including feasibility studies, product testing, and prototyping.
Ensure that projects comply with safety and environmental regulations, identifying risks and overseeing safe execution.
Advise the organization on potential technical improvements and process optimizations.
Your Profile:
A Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferably in mechanical, electrical, or metallurgical disciplines).
3-5 years of experience in project management within a technical or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies and processes.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects effectively within deadlines.
Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
Fluency in English and Dutch
