Our Luxury retail client are looking for two Merchandising Assistants to join them on an initial 3 month contract.
Job Purpose:
To provide accurate and consistent administrative support to the Merchandising team.
Responsibilities:
Manage all PLM data entry.
Prepare reports using Excel for the Merchandising team.
Oversee the sample management process (tracking, ordering, and maintenance).
Conduct competitive analysis, including pricing analysis.
Collaborate with the Corporate Pricing team to understand price bands across three core currencies and report findings to the Merchandising team. Maintain data to support the price structure in PLM.
Organize and coordinate collection notes and buying guides.
Coordinate and support all administrative duties related to market training for the Merchandising team.
Handle any ad-hoc administrative or assistant duties to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
Personal Profile:
Passion for commerce/product.
Strong commercial instinct.
Excellent analytical skills.
Retail math proficiency.
Advanced Excel skills.

The role… Our Studios, Global Partnerships Finance team are currently looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to support the team over an approx 15 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will provide support to the Global Partnerships finance team, through the ownership and execution of financial administration tasks. This includes verification of accurate system data in the Paris System, as well as raising of Invoices and Purchase Orders for the business and general finance activities to support the finance team on an ad-hoc basis as required.
