Established through a joint venture between prominent financial institutions, the company is dedicated to offering secure and compliant custody services for digital assets. As digital asset adoption within the financial services sector accelerates, the company is expanding rapidly and looking for top-tier talent to join its hybrid working environment.
Role Overview:
This role will involve providing production support and development for the platform, which interfaces with exchanges, liquidity providers, and vault systems. The platform requires a security-first approach due to the inherent cybersecurity risks in the industry. The system is built on Microsoft Azure, utilizing dockerized containers orchestrated in clusters. Primary development languages include Java, JavaScript, and Python. As a key member of a small, evolving engineering team, you'll help shape the platform's growth.
Responsibilities:
Production system engineering including monitoring, alerting, and service management.
Contribute to architectural design and engineering development for the platform.
Support integration with various vendor products, exchanges, and financial intermediaries.
Provide out-of-hours support when required.
Required Experience:
Experience in production support and Azure cloud.
Strong Java programming and container orchestration skills.
Experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding principles.
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, Python, and Kubernetes/Docker.
Experience working in financial institutions and familiarity with Blockchain/Crypto.
