What Would You Do As Our Data Coordinator
As our Data Coordinator, you would be responsible for ensuring all of our product data is correct, accurate and up to date. This role will also coordinate and support on projects required by the Product Team Manager ensuring that given projects are completed on time and within budget and vitally that the project’s objectives are met.
You would also:
Gather, store, and maintain product data from suppliers and relevant parties, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all departments.
Conduct product measurements, inbound checks, and quality inspections, ensuring compliance with customer demands, specifications, and standards.
Own the customer complaint and NCR logs, ensuring timely reporting, resolution, and communication with suppliers and relevant parties on product quality issues.
Monitor and report on customer feedback and product quality, develop tools and best practices, and share product knowledge across the business.
Manage data requests, assist with product-related tasks, and collaborate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.
