General Position Description
Develop, execute and implement agreed Contracting Strategy for Maintenance, Projects & Programs services contracts (inclusive of Integrated Events).
The role will interface with various stakeholders, namely procurement, projects, maintenance, technical, operations and Contractors, with an overall objective of maximising commercial value through contract execution.

Duties

· Contract application in an Oil & Gas environment.
· Key stakeholder management: possessing strong interpersonal skills interacting effectively with keys interfaces in support of the Business Line Contract Owners.
· Working in cross-functional teams across multiple programs.
· Procurement interface throughout a contract lifecycle, specifically during tender preparation, negotiations, and contract implementation.
· Collaboration and management of contract organisations in respect of contract compliance, including identification of specific improvement plans where required.
· Leading management of change for implementation of new and existing site contracts maximising commercial value.
· Providing commercial support during contract lifecycle.
· Contract compliance to ensure effective implementation and application to improve and maximise contract efficiency.
· Promoting improvement through peer assists and benchmarking necessary for continuous improvement in contract application.


Key Performance Indicators
· Contract strategy application that delivers commercial advantage.
· Completion of Tender and implementation in line with agreed timelines.
· Customer satisfaction results regarding contract structure.
· Contract clarity and alignment amongst the Business Line Contract Owners and Contracting Groups.

We're currently looking to recruit a System Coordinator for an exciting opportunity at a prestigious automotive supplier based in the Crewe area of Cheshire. The role will initially be based full-time on site but Hybrid working is open for discussion and could potentially be offered after the first 5 weeks in the role. In this role you'll be responsible for updating internal systems such as KPM which is used to record and manage supplier parts problems. This will involve checking all logged concerns are recorded correctly and adhere to the relevant processes, ensuring that all concerns are where they need to be within the closure process, helping to support an efficient response to seeking solutions to expedite closure of all concerns. Further Job responsibilities are also outlined below - Organise and facilitate team meetings focussed on achieving the departmental strategic deliverables. Arrange the meeting locations, facilities, attendees and any supporting data required. Track projects for ownership and progress to completion, escalating topics that are not progressing as agreed.
