Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced OT Security Officer to join a dynamic team focused on ensuring the robust security of Operational Technology (OT) systems. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, implementing, and supporting cybersecurity measures across various systems and projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, tracking remediation efforts, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement comprehensive security controls.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and application of OT cybersecurity requirements across diverse systems and projects.
Conduct OT cybersecurity risk assessments, ensuring the effective tracking of remediations and the gathering of evidence to support operational processes.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure a deep understanding of OT security requirements.
Advise on the implementation of suitable security controls and guide prioritisation efforts for security measures.
Assist in developing remediation and mitigation plans for identified risks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years' experience working with or in proximity to operational technologies.
Strong understanding of SCADA, PLC, and automation networks.
In-depth knowledge of security frameworks such as IEC 62443 and ISO 27000, specifically related to OT systems.
Understanding of legislation concerning critical national infrastructure.
Proven experience implementing complex solutions in challenging environments.
Ability to work collaboratively within complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
Practical experience as an end user of OT solutions, particularly in operational environments.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Strong understanding of network and systems security, including network configuration and application security.
Exposure to the energy sector, especially concerning critical national infrastructure.
On-Site Requirement & Travel
Minimum of 3 days per week at the office.
Up to 5 travel days per month.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Process Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-profile energy projects. This position involves leading smaller project teams or working independently to execute defined scopes of work, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead process engineering activities, either independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Conduct facility debottlenecking studies and oversee multi-discipline reporting.
Develop and review process engineering deliverables, ensuring alignment with internal and international standards.
Assess contractor submissions, including P&IDs, datasheets, and Design Basis documents.
Manage and coordinate process engineering activities across multiple locations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering.
Chartered Engineer status (e.g. IChemE) preferred.
Experience:
Extensive experience in FEED and EPC projects within the oil and gas sector.
Proven track record as a Lead Process Engineer, demonstrating autonomy and technical leadership.
Hands-on experience with process simulation tools (e.g. HYSYS) is advantageous.
Exposure to projects from Feasibility through to Construction.
Experience in CCUS, LNG, or Offshore technologies is beneficial.
Familiarity with engineering tools and internal standards is a plus.

What you will enjoy doing
In this role, you will provide technical guidance and support on a wide range of equipment, including power distribution, rotating machinery, & a vast array of electrical control equipment
You will provide technical leadership and support to operations and projects across the UK & Ireland, helping the business to achieve its strategic goals and objectives
Provide electrical engineering leadership to operations, including supporting the Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) process and overseeing asset repairs and replacements
Furthermore, you will have responsibility for the electrical engineering deliverables on complex multi-discipline projects or managing the delivery of more complex single discipline projects, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, while ensuring equipment is fit for purpose and meets all relevant internal and external standards and legislation
Lastly, you will provide technical authority guidance and support and take ownership of several internal standards
What makes you great
You are qualified to bachelors and master’s level in Electrical engineering or a similar subject (or equivalent experience)
Significant working experience circa 7+ years, providing Engineering support to operations and/or projects in the process industry, working with electrical systems and equipment
In addition, you may be a chartered Engineer with the IET or working towards it however we would consider equivalent experience
You have excellent communication & influencing skills, as you will interact with people to understand, influence and support others
