Blazon Agency is looking for a driven Creative Account Executive to join our team and contribute to our clients' success. As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in leading our day-to-day operations and delivering client projects with full responsibility.

You will ensure that our campaigns are executed with creative excellence and delivery efficiency, strengthening our agency's reputation and building strong client relationships.

Your Role as an Account Executive:

Confident management of agency campaigns, delivering to agreed deadlines and within defined budgets
Lead Brand Strategy for the Agency and our Clients.
Confident communicator with an ability to think on their feet and control the narrative
Day-to-day point of escalation for client issue resolution and relationship/service negotiation
Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring exceptional service and strategic direction
Lead responsibility for project specific financial management and provision of updates to the Business Director on project burn and 3rd party costs
Support reporting efforts, including scheduling and participating in weekly client calls and performance reviews
Input on agency workflows and processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
Collaborate with our creative, paid advertising, PR, and other internal and external teams
Stay informed about emerging technologies and their potential applications in our operations
Ability to work efficiently with AI tools to increase agency productivity
Assist in managing our CRM system, ensuring client data and project details are well-organized and accurate
Work with freelancers and external partners to keep projects on track and of a high quality
Participate in internal team meetings, providing updates and adapting to client feedback
Explore new areas for agency expansion, particularly in AI and Tech innovation

Essential Competencies:

Creative/Digital Agency experience required
Focus on Brand Strategy and deep knowledge of Agencies and Advertising
A keen eye for good design and meticulous attention to detail
Interest in consumer technology, consumer products and product launches
Understanding of Client Services and Project Management processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships
Experience in operations, process optimisation, and workflow design
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high organisational standards
Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools
Proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and client satisfaction

Desirable Competencies:

Knowledge of the crowdfunding space and campaign process
Knowledge of copywriting and user experience design
Interest in future technologies, AI, fundraising, and investment
Experience with project management tools and software - Asana, Miro etc...
Knowledge of design and creative asset development process, briefing and QA

Benefits:

Flexible contract

The role The Social Media and Collaborations Producer is responsible for the day-to-day running of the British Academy’s social media channels. You will work alongside a talented team of digital and multi-media content creators in the Communications and Marketing directorate, scheduling, posting and coordinating content on our social media channels. You will play a key role in ensuring social media is used creatively and effectively to deliver the Academy’s communications and engagement strategy. Working with the Marketing and Brand team, you will run social media campaigns to promote the Academy’s work and initiatives using a mixture of paid and organic posts. You will create assets and work with our design agency and in-house multimedia team. You will also be responsible for finding, managing and working with content creators and other organisations to create collaborative content. This is an area we want grow and this role will take the lead on it. You will have demonstrable experience in promoting an organisation’s activities through LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Bluesky, creating campaigns that combine organic and paid social media to reach broad audiences such as academics, policy makers and opinion formers.
