Job Title: IT Support Specialist / Network Administrator
Job Overview:
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist / Network Administrator to provide technical support, troubleshoot network and connectivity issues, and maintain IT infrastructure. The role involves managing Active Directory, network configurations, backup solutions, and various operating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users and ensure device functionality.
Troubleshoot network issues for users, including those traveling internationally.
Manage Active Directory and locally managed AD environments.
Install and configure operating systems on user devices.
Ensure prerequisites are met before system or network setup.
Manage user policies, print servers, and firewalls.
Design and implement backup solutions (on-premises and cloud).
Configure and manage Wi-Fi networks and OEM solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience supporting end-users in IT/network roles.
Expertise with Active Directory, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and network troubleshooting.
Knowledge of print servers, firewalls, and backup solutions.
Experience with Wi-Fi and wireless network configurations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Networking or system administration certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtual environments.
