Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Development Management to lead a high-performing team responsible for planning applications and enforcement. Reporting to the Director of Planning, you will drive service improvements, ensure policy compliance, and manage stakeholder relationships.

As a Systems Tester, you’ll lead the Testing and Commissioning activities for a portfolio of projects and be the lead on-site for those associated commissioning activities. Balancing the need for off-site and on-site testing while leading and mentoring colleagues to grow the System testing team. What do I need to qualify for this job? The role of a System Tester in Charge is a safety critical position and vital to the validation of the signalling Control System and how it works in accordance with legal and Network Rail Line and Group standards. Therefore, you must be an experienced Railway Systems Engineer, able to interpret Control Systems Design and modern Control Systems architecture. You’ll be an experienced Lead or Senior Tester within Railway Control Systems and be practiced in data testing of modern Railway Control Systems, such as WESTCAD/MCS / IECC, TDMs and Train Describers. In addition to being a technical expert, it is essential that you have an innovative mind, excited by new challenges and not given to the same repetitive solution deliveries. You’ll also be a highly motivated individual able to integrate into a high performing team.
