ServiceNow Trainer

Hybrid working in West Midlands
Our client is undertaking a large transformation programme and is implementing ServiceNow. They require an experienced trainer to deliver online and onsite training to circa 125 staffs with various levels of knowledge.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on the ServiceNow platform, tailored to various skill levels.
Create and maintain training materials, including documentation, presentations, and video tutorials
Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions to educate end-users and administrators on ServiceNow functionalities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customised training solutions.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, modules, and best practices to ensure training is current and effective.
Provide feedback and assessments to measure trainee progress and adjust training strategies as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Trainer or extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or others.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
You must be eligible for BPSS clearance and available to deliver the training against a defined timeline.
