We are seeking a Workday Solution Architect to lead the design and optimization of Workday solutions across Talent, Recruit, Reporting, Calculations, and Security. This role will be responsible for defining Workday system architecture, ensuring best practices, and aligning Workday capabilities with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable Workday architecture across Talent, Recruit, Reporting, and Security.
• Lead Workday configuration and design sessions to improve system efficiency.
• Ensure Workday best practices and governance across modules.
• Partner with HR and recruiting teams to enhance Talent and Recruit functionalities.
• Design workflows to improve recruiting, onboarding, and employee career development.
• Define and oversee Workday reporting strategy, including custom dashboards, Composite, and BIRT reports.
• Develop strategic workforce analytics and KPIs.
• Optimize calculations and metrics to drive HR insights.
• Ensure Workday security best practices, including role-based access control and compliance.
• Lead security audits and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with HR, IT, and leadership to develop a Workday roadmap.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday enhancements, upgrades, and future capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of Workday experience, with deep expertise in Talent, Recruit, Security, and Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Security, Business Processes, and Integrations.
• Experience with Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, and Workday APIs is a plus.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable Workday solutions.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
