Position Overview
Every month millions of people visit Zoopla searching over 500,000 homes for sale and rent, finding the best agents and securing the latest mortgage deals looking for help on one of the biggest decisions in life. Where's my next home going to be?

Responsibilities
Taking ownership of the data relationship with business stakeholders
With support from the rest of the Analytics team
Reporting on our baseline performance and trends. Keeping our finger on the pulse
Driving us towards a self-serve first culture
Reporting on complex experimentation
Close analyst-stakeholder relationships are the most crucial component of a well-functioning data team. Stakeholders should consider you part of their team
Varied work across other data disciplines, e.g. dashboarding, AE modelling, business unit level deep dives and data sprints, supporting ML projects

Essential
Technical Skills
Proficient in SQL with a proven track record of handling complex data queries and manipulation
Demonstrable experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools, including the ability to create insightful and user-friendly dashboards and reports
Desirable
Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) or similar data transformation technologies, with a keen understanding of data modelling and ETL processes
A background in statistics and/or programming, with the ability to apply statistical methods and algorithms to extract insights from data
Especially surrounding experimentation
Familiarity with machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques, preferably in Python, R, or another programming language, enabling the development and implementation of predictive models and data-driven solutions
