En tant qu’Analyste MM-SD-BRIM (Gestion du processus achat et des articles, gestion de la vente et BRIM), vous rejoindrez l’équipe de notre client en pleine expansion. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience approfondie dans l'implémentation, le support et l'optimisation des processus SAP MM et SD ainsi qu'une expérience de base BRIM. Il jouera un rôle clé l'amélioration des processus métiers.
Il/elle travaillera sur 3 axes :
Projet de Transformation Achat : Harmonisation et amélioration du processus achat (Sourcing to Pay) pour les différentes unités Busines
Revue des flux SD et BRIM dans le cadre du nouveau projet de billettique
Projets à venir : Ariba…
Responsabilités
Analyse des Besoins :
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe projet et les équipe internes SAP pour comprendre les besoins, identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et proposer des solutions SAP adaptées.
Analyse de l'opportunité de travailler avec le module BRIM et définition du périmètre fonctionnel
Configuration et Paramétrage :
Configurer le module SAP MM - SD en fonction des besoins métiers, y compris la gestion des achats, la gestion des stocks, la planification des besoins en matériaux (MRP), et la gestion des fournisseurs.
Assurer la mise à jour de la documentation fonctionnelle et technique.
Support et Maintenance :
Fournir un support post-implémentation, résoudre les problèmes et assurer le bon fonctionnement des modules SAP MM - SD - BRIM.
Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations continues pour optimiser les processus existants.
Formation et Transfert de Connaissances :
Former les utilisateurs finaux et les équipes internes sur les nouveaux processus et fonctionnalités SAP.
Documenter et partager les meilleures pratiques et les leçons apprises.
Profil
Formation : Diplôme universitaire en informatique, gestion, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
Expérience : Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en tant que consultant SAP MM, avec une expérience avérée en implémentation et projets.
Compétences Techniques :
Expertise en SAP MM, SD et BRIM, y compris les sous-modules clés.
Bonne connaissance de l'intégration avec d'autres modules SAP (comme FI, CO, PM).
Compétences en analyse des données et utilisation des outils SAP pour le reporting.
SAP Ariba est un plus
Compétences Personnelles :
Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des relations avec les clients.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à s'impliquer dans plusieurs projets simultanément.
Esprit analytique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
