Our client, a leading VMware specialist and professional services consultancy, is looking for a VCD Architect to join our clients on an initial 3-month contract.
This position offers a unique chance to lead a team of architects in designing a cutting-edge Kubernetes as a Service solution on vCloud Director solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Guide a team of architects to develop a comprehensive design for Kubernetes as a Service on vCloud Director.
Serve as the design authority for the VMware solution, ensuring alignment with client and partner requirements.
Conduct workshops with partners and clients to extract requirements and make informed design decisions.
charge of vCD design elements, including CSE, OSE, App Launchpad, and DSE, as well as multisite and multi-tenanted architecture.
Collaborate with NSX and Tanzu architects to deliver a cohesive design that meets customer needs.
Skills and Experience Required:
Demonstrated experience in leading architectural design for vCloud Director.
Ability to lead and inspire a team of architects.
Strong ability to work with partners and clients to gather requirements and make design decisions.
In-depth knowledge of CSE, OSE, App Launchpad, DSE, multisite, and multi-tenanted architecture.
Ideally DV cleared, but SC clearance will be considered.
