We are hiring for an Analyst specialising in Cloud Monitoring and Data to join our client on-site in Kingston Upon Thames.
£60,000-£70,000

Join our team to manage and monitor our Azure-based SaaS solution, ensuring top system reliability and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor & Detect Issues: Use Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics to track performance, set up alerts, and create proactive monitoring for system health.
Incident Management: Escalate and follow up on issues to ensure quick resolution and minimal customer impact.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Build historical reports, analyze logs for recurring issues, and provide actionable insights on system health and performance.
Automation & Improvement: Develop scripts for log analysis and implement automated remediation workflows.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and support teams to resolve incidents quickly and document best practices.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in cloud monitoring, DevOps, or data analysis.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (App Service, SQL Database, Blob Storage, etc.).
Exposure in KQL and automation scripting (PowerShell, Python).
Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, ELK, Azure Sentinel) is a plus.
Relevant Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500) are desirable.

In return you can expect salary of £60,000-£70,000 depending on experience + benefits. Please not this role is based on-site to begin with.

You must be eligible to undergo a security clearance process - this will require 5 years minimum UK residency.
