Role overview

The key tasks will be to own a territory and run/manage license reviews across client customers. It will entail a proactive and strong work ethic, sound stakeholder and project management. Whilst there will be coaching and support provided, individuals will very much have to ensure they can run by themselves in managing a caseload of active reviews, speaking with customers, collecting data, getting it analysed and submitting the reporting all. Individuals will also have to liase with other internal stakeholders at the client organisation such as sales representatives and partners to ensure customers procure relevant software to become compliant/that they require.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills (Excel proficiency).
Proactive, self-directed, and adaptable with a commitment to learning.

Desirable
Software licensing/royalty knowledge/IP
Previous experience working in technology space or strong interest in developing building this out and commitment.

Deliverables

The key tasks will be to own a territory and run/manage license reviews across client customers.
Whilst there will be coaching and support provided, individuals will very much have to ensure they can run by themselves in speaking with customers, collecting data, getting it analysed and submitting the reporting.
Individuals will be required to present any compliance findings to the customer, along with required actions for them to come into compliance, and provide any valuable insights based advisory to the client customers to allow them to deploy and utilise their software in the most beneficial way.
