What We Need

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the games industry! In this varied and impactful entry level role you will be supporting the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), including our Studio President, with administrative tasks such as processing expenses and scheduling meetings. You will also be making a great first impression as you greet visitors at reception and support workplace operations by ensuring the kitchens remain stocked with nibbles and snacks to fuel our team.

Reporting directly to a member of the ELT, this role would be ideal for an aspiring Executive Assistant as there is scope for the role to evolve over time. You will need to be a confident communicator who is great with people and your positive energy will be infectious. With an eye for detail, you will be a great planner, well organised, punctual and enjoy getting stuff done.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide administrative support for the ELT, this may include processing expenses, booking travel & accommodation, scheduling and compiling meeting agendas, managing calendars and general tasks as needed.
Working on reception you will be the first person to greet visitors, making a great first impression.
Keep the reception area tidy and free of clutter - always looking its best.
Taking deliveries and alerting recipients to their arrival for collection.
Stocking our kitchens with snacks, drinks and other goodies, fuelling our team!
General workplace tasks as required to support the wider operations team.

What We're Looking For:

You will have at least 1 – 2 years relevant work experience and be comfortable working with people of all seniorities.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Good IT skills and comfortable using outlook, word, google docs and concur.
Attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information, understanding the importance of data security and privacy in a creative industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and work demands in a dynamic studio environment.
A passion for gaming and some knowledge of the industry highly sought after!
