In this role, you’ll lead testing strategies, implement automation frameworks, and ensure the reliability and performance to drive quality assurance for cutting-edge AI/ML-powered products.

Responsibilities:
Define and lead QA strategy, processes, and best practices for AI/ML products.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for functional, performance, and integration testing.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, machine learning and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Conduct thorough automated testing for AI models, APIs, and platforms.
Monitor data integrity, model performance, and bias detection in AI systems.
Lead root cause analysis and defect resolution, ensuring timely fixes and improvements.
Establish CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and release validation.
Mentor and guide QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality.

Requirements:
5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in test automation, API testing, and performance testing.
Experience with Python, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation tools.
Knowledge of ML model validation, data integrity testing, and AI-driven systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Role: The Duty Engineer is responsible for the delivery of 1st fix maintenance as requested throughout the property, planned preventative maintenance schedules, and the undertaking of designated Health & Safety duties across the hotel and spa.
