Job Description
· Hands on experience in Azure and On Premise DR Design and Architecture.
· Planning, coordination, designing, and supporting Disaster Recovery testing and associated Technology Resilience activities
· Hands on experience in the field of IT architecture is required and a focus on Disaster Recovery and proficiency with up-to-date DR strategies and methodologies is desirable.
· Experience in infrastructure development and/or engineering roles
· Defining and implementing the frameworks and delivery processes that drive standardization across Technology Resilience and Disaster Recovery architecture engagements and deliverables.
· Conducting risk and damage assessments. Ensuring that all physical locations are accessible, secure and safe.
· Develop controls to strengthen the DR processes by reducing risk associated with Disaster Recovery planning and execution.
· Assist in designing and implement disaster recovery processes and business continuity procedures for re-establishing servers, databases, and operating systems in the event of a disruption, both minor and catastrophic
· Planning, designing, rationalizing and optimizing infrastructure and platforms, including hardware, operating systems, database management systems, containerization, cloud native, network and security, in support of the technology resilience of our managed service products and related services.
· Working closely with other Architects, SME, Track Leads and Program Managers; and may provide support to more senior staff to ensure the designs align with the technological and business directions of the enterprise.
· Ensuring the solutions developed comply with relevant regulations, internal architectural standards, and internal security and data assessments.
· Maintaining the deployment architectures and designs, including creating and delivering against the architecture roadmap for the solutions
