AI, CRM Platform and Data Manager

Chesamel is a transformation business that is supercharging our client solutions with data and AI to create a future fit growth engine that has the ability to deliver on the ever evolving client challenges being faced. This is a dual role and requires deep knowledge in CRM, data and technology platforms with a solid understanding of marketing technology, coupled with skills and knowledge of AI and how this is fundamentally shaping our world and that of our clients.

This role will partner with both client teams, new business and marketing to ensure we are developing market leading solutions for clients and contributing to the growth of Chesamel's business. This role will sit within the Digital Transformation team and report to the Digital Transformation Director. This role is responsible for using data analytics and technology skills to support our digital transformation client projects and drive the new business opportunity for Chesamel.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing all CRM activity for Chesamel and subsidiary businesses (Modern, The Sybarite) and ensure that customer data is protected, clean, up to date and organised into specific target segments to activate for comms.

Data/AI:

Use Python or R, alongside SQL to analyse and model complex, high volume data.
Develop and apply clustering, classification, regression, anomaly detection, natural language processing, or GenAI models to business use cases.
Deploy models and track their performance to ensure they meet business objectives and deliver value.
Design and implement reports and visualisations that present insights clearly, concisely, and engagingly, aligning with business objectives and key analytical questions.
Effectively communicate technical approaches, implementations, and findings to a non-technical audience.
Work with clients to support their needs in data cleansing and restructuring
Understand and continuously test and learn when it comes to AI tools that enable better business practise and drive efficiency
Understand and apply basic level prompts to our AI tools (Chatbots/data mapping/information navigation) to improve the output and accuracy of the tools we use
With oversight from the Digital Transformation Director, lead all internal AI programs across the business and constantly review the market for new opportunities to expand in this area
CRM:

You’ll collaborate across marketing, operations and client functions to deliver high-quality, data-driven marketing solutions that enhance customer engagement and support our business growth. You will lead on all things HubSpot, so previous experience with this is essential. You will also ideally have some experience in Digital Marketing, specifically around the Paid space.

Drive the technical implementation, optimisation, and scalability of CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing, new business, client and digital teams, ensuring CRM technical solutions align with business goals.
Develop and maintain our CRM infrastructure, including automating workflows, integrations, and personalisation that drive efficiency.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance through audits and analysis.
Troubleshoot CRM performance issues and optimize system functionality.
Analyse CRM data to generate insights and recommendations.
Manage technical vendors and maintain system documentation.
Develop in-app messages and email templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Write SQL and Python scripts for segmentation and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

Develop CRM structure and strategies to enhance customer data quality, categorisation, utilisation and introduce automation to improve client experience throughout the lifecycle, to provide more personalised experiences to customers
Plan & deliver email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and optimised email templates to drive improvement
Explore automated email flows - new subscriber confirmation, enquiry flow and more
Improve customer lifecycle processes, customer segmentation, automated flows and triggers
Work with the broader marketing, content and sales teams to come up with new creative strategies utilising best practice and customer journey insights
Monitor results and optimise campaigns to meet KPI goals
Complete Hubspot implementation, working in close collaboration with Digital Transformation Director

Technology Platforms:

Demonstrate knowledge and experience with a variety of technology platforms particularly those designed for marketing technology. Support the client teams and account leads when having more technical conversations with clients on the benefits of using technology platforms and how to optimise set up and usage to achieve maximum impact. Understand how to set up a technology stack and how data feeds in and the outputs of each when correctly used to deliver marketing effectiveness campaigns.
Support the client team with conversations on technology platforms and with the oversight of the Digital Transformation Director, conduct audits and produce a strategic recommendation to a client based on the business challenges in the brief.
Support clients integration projects and train internal client teams on how to use these platforms effectively long term

The Role As an QSHE (Safety, Health and Environmental) Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting Dalkia UK with the effective and efficient utilisation of data across the QSHE team and wider organisation, including data gathering, processing, reporting and analytics to identify trends, reduce risks, and improve overall QSHE performance. Your role will also involve collaborating with various QSHE teams to ensure data accuracy, preparing Power point presentations, and contributing to the development of strategic safety initiatives. This will be a 12 month maternity cover. Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:- Data Management & Reporting: Collect, clean, and manage QSHE-related data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Produce periodic performance reports against leading and lagging measures. Analyse incident trends and highlight them to the Group QSHE Director and Strategic Project Lead. Work with internal stakeholders and engage third party consultants to deliver statutory environmental and sustainability reporting requirements (ESOS, SECR, CSR etc.) Systems and Governance: Assume Superuser status for digital solutions (e.g. Reporting System) and provide support to users across the group. Use predictive analytics to forecast potential risks and help develop proactive measures to mitigate safety issues. Manage shared third party QSHE certifications where requested. Develop, maintain and update QSHE intranet pages. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the QSHE leadership, divisional teams, and relevant stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Support any in-house QSHE training delivery activities to meet continuous improvement objectives. Develop and maintain central resources such as campaigns, Tool Box Talks, training packs and event briefs to enable learning and development conversations. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of QSHE data management processes and reporting mechanisms. To be successful in this role you will need:- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree within Data or Business Analytics or a related field (desirable) Relevant Experience: Experience in data modelling and analytics. Working in a large organisation in a Group function which services multiple companies or stakeholders. Experience developing and managing dashboards. Experience working with large datasets and applying predictive analytics techniques to inform decision-making.
